【GAF 2020展會概況】Introduction of GAF 2020

由中國文化娛樂行業協會、廣東鴻威國際會展集團有限公司聯合主辦，武漢鴻威國博會展有限公司承辦的“2020中國文化娛樂產業博覽會、2020第七屆武漢國際電玩及游樂游藝展覽會”定于2020年7月10-12日在武漢國際博覽中心舉辦。鴻威武漢游樂展已成功舉辦六屆，每一屆展會都是一次新的突破與創新，在不斷轉型升級的推動下，鴻威武漢游樂展打通文化娛樂、游樂全產業鏈，展品范圍覆蓋電子游戲、游樂游藝設備、VR&AR、兒童樂園設備、動畫動漫、網頁游戲、手機游戲、實景體驗、歌舞娛樂等全產業鏈，以新思想、新面貌、新產品、新技術、新方法的全新理念舉辦，推動文娛、游樂上下游產業鏈融合發展。

The 7th Wuhan International Game and Amusement Fair (GAF 2020) and the 4th China International Culture and Entertainment Industry Expo (CCEE 2020) will be held in Wuhan International Expo Center, China on July10^th to 12^th, 2020. GAF has been successfully held for 6 years, making new breakthrough and innovation one after another. With the growing transformation and upgrade, GAF has opened up the whole industrial chain of culture, entertainment and amusement, including video games, VR&AR, the equipment of children's paradise, animation, etc. GAF is making its effort to promote the development of culture and entertainment industry.

【GAF 2020上屆回顧】Review of GAF 2019

2019年3月10日，由中國文化娛樂行業協會、廣東鴻威國際會展集團有限公司聯合主辦，武漢鴻威國博會展有限公司承辦的“2019中國文化娛樂產業博覽會、武漢國際電玩及游樂游藝展覽會”在武漢國際博覽中心圓滿落下帷幕。本屆展會展出面積達40000平方米，參展企業500家，展會現場集中展出文化娛樂、電玩游戲、電子競技、游樂游藝設備、兒童樂園、VR&AR、動畫動漫、網絡文化、網絡游戲、手機游戲、歌舞娛樂、轉型升級融合創新成果等，千款新品同臺競技，吸引了眾多海內外采購商和專業觀眾觀展。

On March 10^th, 2019, GAF 2019 and CCEE 2019 were successfully rounded off in Wuhan International Expo Center. Covering an area of 40,000 square meters, the exhibition attracted 500 exhibitors. There were a lot of exhibits on the scene including video games, VR&AR, animation, electronic sports, amusement games, mobile games, Internet culture, entertainment, etc. GAF 2019 left a deep impression for the buyers and visitors from all over the world.

 

本屆展會共有來自全國及港臺地區的500家企業參展，其中不乏知名品牌企業參展，比如：騰訊、網易、完美世界、盛大游戲、巨人、暢游、360、三七互娛、多益、游藝春秋、兩點十分、世宇、華立、康云、展暉、金龍、光陽、大象、智樂、神童、樂客、力達等國內知名品牌企業在展會現場全面展示了新產品、新技術、新理念，向觀眾全方位詮釋了名企文化、品牌、形象。

About 500 exhibitors made their debut at GAF 2019, some of which were well-known enterprises, such as Tencent, Netease, Perfecct World Games, Shengqu Games, Giant Network, Changyou, 360, 37IE, Duoyi, ICC Game, 2:10 AM Animation, Shiyu, Huali, Light & Magic, Baohui, Jinlong, Lida and so on. They not only showcased their new products, technology and ideas in the exhibition entirely, but also expressed their culture, brand and image.

說明：1、光地不含任何設施參展商需自行設計、裝修,另收RMB30元/m2收取特裝管理費。

【GAF 2020參展須知】Exhibitor Instruction

1、展會證件：標準展位每個核發參展證2個，空地展位每9m²核發參展證1 個，超出參展證收工本費20元/個。布撤展車證工本費50元/個；特裝展位每9m²辦理裝修施工證一個，工本費20元/個。

Exhibition Badges: each standard booth will be provided with 2 exhibitor badges while each 9 sq.m. booth of raw space will have one exhibitor badges; RMB 50 for each freight license, RMB 20 for each construction license;

 

2、收費服務：所有收費服務項目，如水、電、氣、網、桌、椅等，均須在展前15天前提交申請并交費，否則加收50%服務費用，現場申請加收100%費。

Exhibition Fee: all exhibition fee including service for water, power leasing, facilities rental shall be paid off 15 days before the opening of the fair, otherwise extra 50% service fee will be charged; for on-site application, 100% service fee will be charged;

 

3、相關規定：任何展商確保參展期間不展出假冒偽劣、侵犯知識產權的產品；遵守有關安全消防規定，服從大會統一安排，若違反這些規定，組委會有權將其展品清出展場或移交公安、知識產權局等單位處理,且其所交展位費不予退還。

Rule and regulations: any infringement of intellectual property rights or fake commodities are forbidden during the exhibition. All rules and regulations of the exhibition shall be obeyed. Otherwise, exhibits will be confiscated and exhibition fees will not be refunded;

 

4、若因不可抗力因素（如戰爭、動亂、自然災害、疫情、恐怖襲擊和政府臨時措施及行政命令等）導致展會停辦，雙方不再履行展會合同，不追究對方違約責任。雙方若遇爭議應友好協商解決，協商不能解決的，任何一方可直接向展會舉辦方所在地具管轄權的人民法院提起訴訟。

Either party shall not abide by this agreement in the case of Party A failing to hold the exhibition due to war, social turmoil, natural disaster, terrorist attack or any other force majeure which can not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome by the relative party. For any party, it has the right to file a lawsuit as long as the disputes could not be settled through negotiation.
